We offer a wide range of in-store services, completed to the highest standard with a short turnaround time.
Steve Mitchell, our resident goldsmith and jeweller has over 30 years experience in design, repairs, valuations and commissions. Whether repairing or remodelling an old favourite, creating something from your own design or shaping your wedding band to fit around your engagement ring, we provide a bespoke and cost-effective service to meet your needs.
Our service department can also clean your jewellery or watch or re-rhodium plate white gold within 3 days, renew your battery within an hour or pressure test your waterproof watch if required. We offer watch overhauls and servicing externally, shipped by secure post.
To add that special, personalised touch, our in-store engraver can inscribe your ring, jewellery, watch or gift. If you want to make an impression in business you will need corporate gifts with a certain quality of craftsmanship - we can engrave or inscribe your logo onto a variety of high-quality gifts including watches, pendants, hip flasks, fine gifts, pens, crystal and many more.
